We’ve been busy spring cleaning, both Gordon’s and our wine list and we cannot wait for you to come and try all the great new additions.

First up is our own label red, Château Roc de Levraut, an easy drinking Bordeaux with soft, juicy tannins and notes of vanilla, cherry and cocoa. We think it will be a great easy red for the warmer weather! (£7.50 a glass, £26.50 a bottle).

Due to their popularity we have expanded our list of magnums, a great choice for any gathering! We have two great new wines on offer: Gavi di Gavi (£105) and a Tempranillo (£85). The Gavi is a light bodied white with fresh notes of apple and citrus and the Tempranillo is a full bodied red with hints of chocolate, plum and cherry. Still on the list we have the Cotes de Provence Rosé (£65), always a great choice for summer, the Brunello di Montalcino (£175) and the Syrah (£105), both fantastic reds to enjoy no matter the occasion alongside any of our boards.

We are also very excited to be expanding our range of natural wines with the wonderful addition of an orange wine! A very ancient method of winemaking which involves skin contact fermentation giving the wine its orange hue. Sustainable and vegan, Sciccu from Italy (£44), has smooth tannins with notes of thyme, clementines. Definitely one to add to your must try wines!
