You asked and we delivered! After many enquiries about wine tastings we have decided to put together a special selection of self-guided Wine Flights ranging from £16 to £26.

Our 130 years Wine and Cheese Tasting Experience for two is really popular and comes with a guide and tasting notes. We thought it would be fun to add a wine only tasting with a selection of some of our lesser known, but delicious wines. Chosen to be easily enjoyed on their own or paired to taste with our food menu. The wine flight is for one person with 5 x 100ml of the following wines served with a tasting guide:

 

1) Echeverria Nina Espumante Brut Rosé
A fresh and fruity sparkling Rosé
2) Hacienda Lopez de Haro White Rioja
Citrus and pear aromas mingle with buttery notes
3) Les Coteaux Tufiers Vouvray Demi-Sec
Off-dry with hints of walnuts and melon
4) Smiling Donkey Douro DOC
Soft tannins with hints of red fruit and white chocolate
5) Miopasso Nero D’Avola Appassimento
Intense aromas of cherries and blackcurrants

We think they will pair delightfully with our recent addition to the menu, the Charcuterie Board and, or (depending on how indulgent you’d like the experience to be) with a Three Cheese Board. We thought the Delice de Bourgogne, Truffle Ricoma and Gruyere worked wonderfully. Although the great adaptability of this tasting means that it can suit all preferences and be matched to what you enjoy best!

As with all our experiences it can be either bought as a voucher online or purchased directly on the day from any of our waiters.
